Everything you need will be available to you on our App. You’ll have video’s of all the exercises in your workout which you can learn from. You can record everything as you go such as the weight you’ve used, the number of repetitions you’ve done, the number of sets you’ve done and you can also track your body shape change through our in App photo gallery.
Our trainer see’s when you have done the workout, they can see if you’ve missed a workout. You will get encouragement, reminders, motivation and so much more.
