What is Healthy Ageing?

Quite simply it is the ability to age slower than the number of years you have been on the earth! Don’t laugh, through bad or mistaken lifestyle choices many people are aging much faster than we should. If you are a 25 year old person living in a 31 year old body would you want to change. Ok, doesn’t sound that bad? do nothing and get tested again in 5 years time. Only now you could be 30 years old living in a 42 year old body. Scary but true for a lot of people.

How do I achieve Vitality, Longevity & Healthy Aging (VLA)?

Tammy is one of a small group of practitioners who has received extensive training in VLA making her well equipped to give you the tools to help you maximise your health and wellbeing. It includes a scientifically validated test known as Bio-impedence Analysis (BIA). This Test allows you to view your cellular health, your muscle & fat ratios, your fluid balance and biological age. These results are recorded and your progress can be tracked/monited over a period of months and years.

Your practitioner will perform a quick test, and then enter your results into a computer. You will then be given a computerised analysis of your health, including your key biomarkers, and what areas can be improved. You will also recieve information on your bodys cell function, energy production and fluid balance. Over time, your results can be compared, so that you and your practitioner have have a very clear idea of your progress.

Your practitioner will take this information into account and make treatment recommendations to improve your specific areas of concern. This means that recommended treatments will be specific for you and your concerns, ensuring optimal results.

Can I Reverse premature ageing?

Absolutely, with the right information the right attitude and some determination you can definitely reverse premature ageing.
We know that with a short comittment of 3 months you will drastically change your ageing process.
