Who is our typical Personal Training Client.

After operating from the same professionally equipped premises for the last 12 years we have attracted a very discerning type of client.

A greater percentage of our PT clients are over 40 years old, self-employed (or partner of) busy, busy people. All high achievers in their own professional fields they work hard and play hard but also understand that to stay on top of their game, understand that a certain balance of integrating efficient well-structured exercise will keep them at the top of their game and keep them healthier and more productive.

While taking an hour out of your day up to 3 times a week for exercise might seem impossible particularly given your busy schedule the paradigm manifests in extra productivity.

As you would expect your training sessions are quite often about reducing stress and having a safe space to vent about some of your day-to-day stressors and as such confidentiality of any discussion within these sessions is assured.
